I have been getting loads of emails that are obvious scams or phishing. Where should I report these as abuse?

I want them to stop. Have tried to return message but get Dameon Failure message. Would like to see them stopped from sending emails. Some unsuspecting sole will respond and have trouble. Most of emails deal with request for information regarding "winnings" or cash settlement, or overseas account or blatant request for money.
