Help with drawing a illustration or block diagram that demonstrates multiprocessing in CPUs?

I am asked to draw a simple illustration or block diagram that demonstrates multiprocessing. I have to include multiple applications. Can someone help me with this? And by applications I assume my teacher would mean programs right?
