Dont you think its wrong to kill robin eggs?

Some dumb hillbilly ****** at my high school thought it was funny to grab the three beautiful robin eggs from the nest by the cafeteria and smash them all over the concrete and them procede to stomp all over them and laugh like an idiot...now do you think thats wrong?
